Our Story

Welcome to WebbysGFBakehouse! Here you'll find out how and why we started this gluten-free bakery journey.

I have been Gluten free since 2018 although never diagnosed Celiac I have avoided it since I found that that was what was causing my problems. Trying to find something nice and sweet has always been hard to find although the shops have come along far since 2018. I've always enjoyed baking and loved to baked gluten free and not tell people and get the genuine responses. At the start of 2026 I traveled to Australia and New Zealand and the gluten free options over there are crazy good. It did not matter what shop or restaurant I walked into there was plenty of options and all tasty. From then when I got back I moved to Thornbury Bristol and decided I would take the chance and start creating gluten free products for you all to try. I've started off and some local markets and local delivery for customers and have now decided to open it up to the rest of the UK. 

If you have any questions regarding anything you see on here or and requests you may have feel free to drop us an email and we can talk things through. I can also adapt to other allergies when requested.
